This is a review of Lenovo E1 fitness tracker. Is it worth buying?

Not the greatest beginning. The box contains typo.
Specifications and design
It looks like every new fitness tracker released in 2019. Nothing new here. It’s pretty nice though.
It weights 58-59 grams – plastic and silicone are light. 120×120 px screen size is 1.33 inches and it’s covered by 2.5D glass, so it should be protected from light scratches. Too bad it’s not a touch screen – you need to click on the touch button (long and short clicks). In my opinion that’s a big minus. Right now Lenovo E1 costs $40 and for that price it should have a touch screen.
In the back of device there’s heart rate sensor and charging plug with a magnes (which is pretty strong – good) like in every other smart watch.
Lenovo E1 is water-resistant (IP67), so it’s rain-proof and splash-proof. You can swim or take a shower with this device, but it’s not recommended, because it does not give your skin a chance to breathe (just dry it thoroughly after swimming and that’s it).
Functions
- Sports
- Sleep
- Heart rate test
- Training (no swimming!)
- Weather
- Messages reminder
- Remote Shutter
- Music play controller
- Other functions (stopwatch, brightness, mute mode, factory reset, power off)
- Stop Watch
- Silent alarms
- Remind to move
It’s just a standard set of functions in every fitness tracker. One interesting function is 24h heart rate monitoring, but it drains battery pretty quickly (1-2 days)! Also it’s very similar to Blitzwolf BW-HL1, which costs 20 USD (lenovo is for 40)!
Price and conclusion
If you really want to buy this watch, then go here (it’s for $40 right now): https://couponsfromchina.com/2019/08/14/lenovo-e1-smart-watch-global-coupon-price-gearbest/
There’s no auto brightness, the battery is not the best (without constant heart rate monitoring it’s alive for like 10 days), price is pretty high. It looks nice though.
I don’t really recommend this watch. My score is 4/10.
