Is there maybe an option you ask again, but with “limited” coupons (for example “this coupon only works for the firs 100 customers” or another number lower than 100)? Because maybe they do not want to drop the price for everyone, but for a low number of people it could be okay.

New coupons get made every few weeks or months. So I do not get why they (or you) are saying that “there’s no way to create any coupon”.
